Pros. Location
Cons. Lobby was a little dated
Pros. Elevators worked well
Cons. Hallway between rooms had a lot of dirty dishes left out from room service. Some overnight.
Pros. My wife and daughters raved about the place! Book this for my wife and daughters on a long trip and they loved it the indoor pool the hot tub the snack bar that had sushi available breakfast Wi-Fi total package
Pros. Great location and friendly staff
Cons. Our bathroom had a sink that would not drain, a loose toilet seat and bathroom floor that had crayons from prevoius guest on it. We brought this to the attention of front desk staff and it was fixed the next day.
Pros. It had a fairly nice bathroom, nice shower. Bed/mattress pretty firm which I like. Decent sized flat screen TV.
Cons. Pool a little too small and not deep enough. Hot tub ok, but couldn't get the jets to come on. Wife had some back/hip pain after sleeping on mattress.
Pros. Low price, courteous staff,
Cons. Heavy area traffic is not conducive to pedestrians wishing to walk to Uptown. Its not far, but a lot of lights and 6-8 lane highways to cross. No pool (but we knew that), loud and off-key band in the lobby lounge at check in. Worn side chair in room, dirty/worn elevators. Hung the do not clean sign but the housekeeping staff came in anyway. Nit picking really, as we pretty much got what we expected from an older Sheraton-run property.
Pros. I loved how friendly and accommodating the staff was. They were welcoming of me and my two young children (and dog).
Cons. The rooms could be cleaner. The carpet was stained and it made my infant dirty when he crawled. The tub wouldn't drain properly, so we got to shower in standing water. Also, there was used soap left in the shower, along with shampoo and conditioner. One of the main reasons I picked the Sheraton was because they have cribs available. They did not. My infant had to sleep on the floor on some blankets. I couldn't have both my kids in bed with me, as I only had a queen.
Pros. Location is good and overall clean but small rooms.
Cons. They put us in the wrong room when we checked in so we had to go back to front desk. It was about 9:30 pm. Put all 4 of us in room with one bed instead of two queen beds.
Pros. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! I LIKED THAT THE MALL WAS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET. THE STAFF WAS AMAZING. I HAD AN ISSUE AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT FOR ME!!!
Pros. My adult son and I visited Albuquerque for Thanksgiving with family. We were very pleased with the comfort and the option of no linen service to help conserve water in this drought-stricken area. The mini-fridge came in very handy, and I liked the nice touch of having flavored water available in the lobby for a quick drink. We didn't eat at any of the restaurants so can't comment on them. Drinks were pricey in the bar.
Cons. Vouchers were issued if one chose not to have linen service. But the vouchers didn't mention where they could be redeemed. If I can find out, I'll send mine back to the relatives who live there so they can be used.
