As is often the case, would prefer insurance options to have been offered at the time of booking as it ended up increasing the cost considerably.

I’m sure this isn’t something that these rental companies can fix, but the parking lot at Eindhoven airport is just too far to walk to and from the terminal. I wish there was a concierge service to get the car closer by especially when traveling with large luggage and children.

Alamo had National run the counter. National's customer service was terrible. Separately, Kayak further should notify customers they must have a credit card NOT a debit card to rent a car if returning to a location that is not the pickup location. This negatively impacted my experience with KAYAK such that I cannot trust their services when critical details get skipped.

Pick up was kind of like a free for all. There were not many cars available and People were actually running to claim a car.

Came late last night with my 3 year old and was unable to rent a car with my debit card because I was a Southern California resident. Had to uber home because they assumed I was going to steal a car with a 3 year old. I lost my credit card while in Colombia and they were unable to accommodate my request. I was willing to pay any fees but nothing was done. Really unhappy with the service.

I rented two identical cars at the same time, but one was regular priced, and the other was over 50% more expensive, so I asked them to make it the same price, but they said no, so I said I would cancel them all, and they said they would cancel them without a penalty, but when I checked my Visa card today, $173.96 (can) was taken out. They broke their promise.

I made the reservation and when I got to pick up the car they told me that they didn't have any car available but in the application the reservation was made
