When I went to pick up the car from the Budget/Dammam airport office.. they did not have a reservation in my name.. the employee tried to find the reservation number that was sent by your side in the email, but he failed.. there was no reservation in my name. So I had to make a new reservation with them even though you confirmed my reservation. So please refund any fees or money if you deduct. Thanks

The car was a little difficult to handle on the small roads in England. Also my friends were offered a hybrid and yet I wasn’t and I spent a lot more money on petroleum.

I made a reservation for a Chevy Silverado 1500 truck or similar, and it was not available. They offered me other cars but it was not what I needed. I will not rent with this company again, I lost valuable time.

Car was low on oil, lucky I checked, it was at absolute bottom of dipstick...I called and no one knew what to do at rental office, call maintenance, said could tow but not realistic, bought liter of the oil and put in...should have been checked before car was rented out

Poor customer service at the counter. Rude and not helpful. No cars to choose from. Given car has a quebec license plate. Expired permit in the car.

The pick up at the Hollis Ave location in Halifax was hard as kiosk was in hotel with very little signage. Ended up dropping at the Airport. That was fantastic

First I was quotesd by Kayak for ~$176 for the car, then I was quoted $256 at Alamo, then I was charged $356 by the end even though I fulfilled the contract agreement.

Absolutely terrible experience and will never use Turo. Apparently the car we had arranged months before was smashed two weeks before we we due to pick it up. Trouble is, no one told us until we were on the Eurostar on the way to get it. They had had our money for ages. Seems like the owner, Luke, was trying to get Turo to make up the difference and hire us his more expensive alternative (a Porsche, which I wouldn’t want anyway). Turo “help” line was totally unhelpful. Couldn’t end the deal; couldn’t refund without us getting on to another department (hard on a foreign phone). They can’t call you…. So it was impossible to organise an alternative. If there is a problem with a car hire company, they just replace it. Turo was more expensive and unable to fix a problem. Never again.

I was able to choose the exact car I wanted and was even able to reserve a cooler and boogie board to use for the week. The car was in like-new condition. The free shuttle was convenient, fast and the drivers were nice. The location was a little bit further from the airport, but it wasn't a problem.
