Pros:very short flight but good and timely. nothing bad to say!

Pros:The crew was superlative, and after I was stuck for an hour at passport control I found the captain waiting with my dog(in his crate) to make sure of his well being. He said he made sure he kept the climate control at 20c the whole time on the plane. You hear all these animal horror stories but this went above and beyond.

Cons:Would have liked a bit more instruction about the lengthy connecting trek in Zurich. It worked out fine, but the trains are a little confusing to tired & weary travelers.

Pros:Nothing
Cons:Flight cancelled. Two agents at the gate were not enough to handle 300 passengers. Total lack of compassion and poor comunications. Ended up calling Swiss reservation line and after 90 minutes on the phone was confirmed on LH. Spent 12 hours in munich, to arrive in TLV and realize that despite the assurances the luggage did not arrive leaving us with no cloths

Pros:The food was actually really great and the attendants were super responsive/friendly! Even in coach, the seats were comfortable.

Cons:Due to overbooking or other reason, we were sent to Frankfurt instead. We were not notified prior to departure at all. I'm trying to reach Swiss customer support for 7 days, no luck.
