Entertainment system kept crashing. Very hard to keolep a connection. Plane arrived in good time then sat waiting for ground crew for nearly 30 minutes... makes for a frustrating end to an otherwise ok trip. I'm not a big fan of your Rouge format but we're limited on direct flights to YYZ....so we suck it up.

The flight went very smoothly, the staff was friendly and very helpful and the pilot flew the plane really, really well. Take off, landing were great and a smooth flight in between!
No issues with the flight and flight crew. cleaner seats in economy section would have been better
The plane was so old it did not have a plug-in for your cell phone and there was no entertainment Screen available
Ok, a very small soda in a small glass was all that was served. Pitiful. Comfort seat was not, no legroom at all would not recommend comfort class, not worth the extra.

How slow the security process was and the fact that I had to do it twice - once in Victoria and again in Vancouver - even tho I didn't leave the airport
the flight was an hour late, which made us miss our connection to sacramento. we are having to spend the night in the vancouver airport and fly to san francisco instead. air canada says that since the late flight was caused by air traffic control and not a mechanical issue they won't pay for a hotel, so two senior citizens are going to have to sleep in the food court at vancouver airport tonight. NOT HAPPY!
It didn't happen! First it was delayed. I get to the airport in plenty of time, check in, go through security and then check the flight board and see the flight had been cancelled. I just checked in maybe 10 minutes ago. I looked for an Air Canada rep but couldn't find one, I called Air Canada and had to leave my phone number for a call back. I went back to security who told me to leave and go back to the check in counter. The rep confirmed the flight was cancelled and rebooked for the next day. No offer of a place to stay for the night or food vouchers. I had to ask for that. It's unfortunate because the flight to Victoria on Air Canada was fabulous!
We were delayed. Only got 1 snack. Seats were comfortable in preferred seating.
