Crew were quite friendly. Food was very poor considering the price of the ticket and the flight time. Could not charge my phone due to USB charger not working..
The food wasn’t good. Need better food. There wasn’t any entertainment.
STEWARDESSES WERE AWESOME! The food could be a bit better. Rice was SOGGY with gravy and the chicken was RUBBERY.
I was treated well in first class. I have no complaints. I will definitely fly with my favourite airline again this year.
There was no music on the flights unless you came with your headset.

For coast to coast travel the A321 and even the NEO, even in first class will never be excellent. That would take a B787 or 777 to accomplish.
Gate agents for boarding not trained. I am disabled have eyesight problems and was told “do it on line.”. Wheelchair unavailable in Dallas even though it was in my record
Due to the long delays and rescheduling boarding was horrible. However, the gate staff and the flight attendants went above and beyond to remedy our frustrations. They were able to handle every potential harsh situation with Grace, compassion and coolness of head. Kudos to the MIA Gate A12 and night crew of flight 1572 YYZ to MIA.
I liked nothing about this particular flight. Not only it was initially delayed for two hours due to late arrival of the plane, but the flight attendants were also very late to show up coming from a hotel (based on the announcement made by the gate agent). They did not arrive on another late flight, so why couldn't they be on time? Total disrespect of the passengers!! The plane itself was cramped and the seats super uncomfortable. To top off the poor experience, my video screen did not work. To summarize: flight delayed for 3 hours, cramped and no entertainment (for me).
They kept posting delaying flight due to maintenance issues from incoming arrival flight since 10am, the flight is supposed to depart at 3:45pm, after kept delay until 12am, they finally said it’s canceled. What were they doing for the last 13 hours? After 2am, they still don’t find hotel where we can stay. terrible experience!
Horrible airline! They always got something messed up with their planes. 3 hour delayed made us missed both out flights. Had to wake up early in the morning next morning to get another flight!
Every employee acted as if they did not want to be there, from the counter door luggage check in to the gate agent.
BAD. As a family could not sit together. The gate agent told us there was only one seat in the middle left, when we got on the plane the situation was very different with whole rows of seats empty
The crew was very helpful and the aircraft was clean. More attentiveness to us in business class.
The flight was sequentially delayed until it reached two hours. Apparently one pilot failed to show up.
Delays were reported timely. The waiting area was a joke, it was caious the loading was delayed and not reported clearly. Their was disgruntled passengers. The personel tried their best but the organization failed the customer and the present personnel. There was no planning causing poor exicusion.
There were no premium headphones available for purchase on my flight and I had to settle for regular ones which were just okay but, not the best
Lots of selection for entertainment. Fight was comfortable. However. The flight was delayed multiple times. And the delay caused us to miss an important mwwting.
There was no entertainment and no wifi working at all. At least Beer was free and it was a short trip. The staff on board were good
YYZ air Canada security messed up which led to my kids missing their flight and having to go on a separate flight later in the day without the rest of the family. Customer service was horrible and have no sense of urgency or compassion for their customers. They refuse to compensate for their errors and making my kids wait hours in the airport. This isn’t the first time we have had issues with this airline and I won’t be flying with them again.

The overall experience was very good and the flight left early. The checkin process was efficient and the staff was helpful and courteous. Of course, the room between seats could always be a little bigger.....
