They rebooked our flight and then canceled our trip halfway through the journey without any explanation. Needed to pay by ourselves for alternative flight options without any help from Swiss.

Easy boarding Seats were very uncomfortable no room arm rests didn't even go up all the way

The staff was excellent. The food was good, but the seating and comfort was horrible overcrowded.

I have been traveling with visa for 25 years and this was the first time when we find out in Miami that my children’s connecting flight were overbooked and been canceled by Swissair from Zürich to Budapest. The results of that they re booked us at the Miami airport. The new route was Miami to Zürich ,Zürich to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Budapest. We had over six hours layover in Zürich and arrived to Budapest nine hours later. There should never be in a situation where a ticket that I purchased over 7 months ago was sold to somebody else and instead of removing those two people we had to do this journey, I’m contacting customer support and requesting a refund shortly.

The chair is narrow and very uncomfortable. There is no privacy as you advertised.

So disappointed, the flight from Zurich to Sarajevo was delayed for two hours for no reason, they were also shifting gate several times prior taking off

Delayed flight… caused the missing of my connecting flight in Zurich. Had to wait 10 hours in airport for new flight which was also delayed by 1 hour. No apologies and minimal compensation.

In row with endlessly screaming toddler and should have been reseated as there were open options

Plane was late so luggage never made it to connecting flight. I’ve been home 2 days and still do not have my luggage.

Free WiFi and movies were not free - everything required signing up for future billing. Boston bound crew were very courteous and gracious.

Flight left more than 5 hours late. American's policy did not allow flight to be fueled or bags to be loaded due to intermittent lightning. We were on the plane for hours before having to deplane. They then changed the departure time to an earlier than expected time. We re-boarded and had to wait another 1.5 hours on the plane before it finally took off. Flight crew did not serve any food or drinks while airborne.

entertainment choices, i.e. movie selection not very good. Also, I asked Iberia if an hour flight connection time in madrid was enough for a European flight and they said yes. It wasn't. We made our flight because our ongoing flight was delayed due to airport congestion.

When the first leg of my American Airlines flight from Atlanta to Miami to Sao Paulo to Brasilia was cancelled because of a tropical storm in Miami, American Airlines put me on Delta Atlanta to Sao Paulo where I caught my original Sao Paulo to Brasilia flight. American Airlines could have put me on a flight the next day or even 2 or 3 days later. But, the agent went above and beyond and made sure I got to Brasilia on time.

Crew never smiled, never helped , told me to make my own bed ( in Upper class), never offered a drink

Nothing exceptional. No drink of any type, even in first class was provided for the hour and half trip.

Was lucky to have a employee at the AA checkin counter that had compassion and understood they ordeal that we went through with our original flight being diverted, needing to stay in the aircraft and then flying to the original destination; adding hours to the trip and forcing us to miss our connection and our rebooked connection. She was able to get up on standby on the highest priority on the next flight to the closest airport we need to be at and it all worked out despite being many hours late.

They gave my seat away although it was a connecting flight with them and the flight was a bit delayed.

Ac was broken so we deplaned, waited 2 hours, taxiing for takeoff they said the plane would not fly so we went back to the gate and got a new plane which took another hour. In all a 4 hour delay for an 80 min flight.

Horrible people at the gate, they force me to check in my carry on, even thought no one behind me has to do it. I had to get out of the airport in NY to get my bag and go thru security again on my way to Honk Kong. The worst part is the employee threatened me with loosing the flights if don’t comply.

First off, numerous things were misrepresented. When we purchased the Economy Plus tickets the fare allegedly includes access to lounge. At Logan Airport where the signs points to, there is no longer SAS lounge. We were directed to Delta lounge, which is located at the other end of the terminal. When we got there, Delta reps told us that it is for SAS business class passengers only. The advertised seat selection 30 hrs prior to departure did not work online. When I called SAS, they told me that it was more than 30 hrs before our connecting flight in Copenhagen, although it was less than 30 hrs before the departure for Copenhagen. Customer service representatives would not provide any assistance. The tray table in my seat was not fully unfolding to be able to place the food tray on it. Therefore, I had to keep it on my laps.

It was a rather short flight. The meal given was a sandwich which did not look appealing at all. Unlike other European airlines, SAS did not leave the middle seat empty for the higher fare paying customers. Luckily since the flight was light, I could move to another row with no other passenger.

Passengers need to be consistently told by the stewardesses to position their seats up from recline when eating. This is not something passengers should have to request. Common courtesy...

This is my fifth time flying with SAS and I love it

The employees were very nice. I liked my bulkhead seat. The flight was delayed unfortunately. It was a smooth ride. I was prepared for a cold plane with extra clothing. I assume there is no way to make it warmer.

Got delayed, we missed our connection because of this and were stranded for hours in Los Angeles with no way to go home. Don't fly Scandinavian Airlines!!

Dislikes: lack of communication when bidding for Business Class upgrade, lack of clean up after service, no vegetarian options. Likes: plane was newer and arrived on time.

I was never made aware I had to request a vegetarian option for my meals! And the flight attendant said I would have to pay for pasta. I was stuck with no dinner. Also, the seat in front of me leaned all the way back, and I couldn’t get comfortable!

Great staff, attentive and polite. The food was okay. We had premium plus seating, which didn’t give us that much space, so that was a bit disappointing, but otherwise the flight was great. Smooth and easy flight

Business class seats narrower and the most uncomfortable Business class I've ever experienced. Clothes on the seats was itchy, head of the bed was elevated causing us to slude down even though they were "lie flat seats". Plane was way too hot. My partner and I were both sweating just sitting in our seats. Staff appeared sad or depressed

The plane was on time and i wish they had more than cookies to give away.

Easier to get to the Wi-Fi they should give more snacks and ask if you want more drinks and I think nuts would be better than cookies

We did not take this trip !! I told Air Canada months ago to cancel this reservation . But , since they offered no rebate or a way to save credits everything was a loss . Why they continued to contact me about check in , etc . I will never understand!!

There wasn't even a screen on the seat for An almost 4 hours flight and they gave us water.....that's it. And for the record, it wasn't cheap

My seat was moved multiple times. I picked out the perfect seats beforehand. I even paid extra money for them. However, I was moved to a middle seat without warning at the last minute. It was like my worst nightmare. But other than that, the actual flight was good. Everything was on time or even early and the flight was smooth.

I don’t think there was entertainment? No mention of it. It was a good flight. Only complaint was my seat cushion was not attached and kept slipping.

All was good, except our baggage was lost for most of a day. We are thankful that it was found quickly and delivered to our hotel. Rouge was fine outside of that problem.

The crew was friendly, the seats are too small. Air travel is barely tolerable anymore.

Flight delay of 4 1/2 hours with no reason for over 3 hours. Missed our connection in Rome & had to pay for an additional flight.

The seats (upgraded exit row), were the last comfortable plane seats my wife or I have ever experienced. Too narrow to turn at all to find a sleeping position. Devoid of cushioning to the point of feeling the frame bars across both the seat and the back. It was extremely uncomfortable and neither of us slept on the red eye.

The second leg of my flight unexpectedly got canceled. I was stuck at the airport for the whole day and instead of flying out that morning I flew out in the evening. For some of my fellow passengers it was the second cancellation and their original flight was supposed to go out the day before. There was no reason given though getting rebooked was quick even though I would have preferred if I would have been on one of the earlier flights that day. Compensation was a £10 voucher for some food at the airport. I eventually arrived without further incident but but due to the cancellation, it was one of my more frustrating travels of my life.

They denied us boarding on our scheduled flight and experienced significant disruption to our travel plans because of overbooking the flight!

Didn’t even get on the flight!! BA had a system crash and knocked many peoples boarding passes back for the connecting flight which we all would have made but ended up missing due to being refused past the barrier. There was one member of staff on and when he shift swapped the new staff member called us liars and that we were going to be too late for our flight hence the knock back which was false. I was an hour and ten minutes early for my connection flight at the time of scanning the boarding pass. Waited for three hours and ended up having to book a train home myself which was 4 hours long! Staff were useless and entire experience was an inconvenience. I had been travelling for three months and of course it was when I was back in my home country that I had the first muck up! Will not be touching BA to fly again

Tv screen didn’t work asked twice and never got an answer. 10 1/2 hrs no entertainment screen

British airways canceled our connecting flight then sent an email 1 day before. Didn't offer us any comp for our flights or anything.
