It seems as though the provisions are even less. Although SWA used to be an economy Airline, that isn't really the case anymore. I paid over $700. for a round trip to Denver and I could have flown just about any airline for the price. The drinks are now in a 6-ounce cup and with ice I'm sure a can would fill more than 2 cups. However, I am very proud of SWA for using paper rather than continuing to contribute to the millions of plastic cups being used each day. I've thought of this fr many years and am so glad to see it come to fruition, if not by only SWA so far.

Boarded the plane in Portland and sat on the tarmac for four hours before being given clearance to take off. Apparently a "scratch" was detected on the preflight inspection. This delay resulted in me missing my connection in Baltimore. I therefore had to stay overnight and then catch an early flight this morning, which resulted in my missing a mandatory class. I would like a refund / voucher to cover the cost of the missed flight. And additional voucher for the time spent on the plane in Portland would also be appreciated.

The fluidity of the entire process of boarding the plane the flight attendants attentiveness. The flight attendants also provided coloring books for my kids who loved it.

I used to fly SWA all the time. I know the crew has their little acts that are often fun, and entertaining. On this flight one of the crew was just not nice. Very surprising.

It was really nice! I appreciate the gate attendant allowing families with small children to board early on in the process… that was very helpful! The internet service didn’t work with the app I was trying to use even though I paid the $8… other than that it was great! Oh and I should’ve asked for the whole cranberry cocktail can. That cup was about 2 sips…

The plane was nearly empty. My wife and I were seated behind a family with 3 sreaming kids. The parents refused to control their kids. When we tried to move to a quieter section of the near-empty plane, the flight attendant said please return to your seat. When we tried to explain, he stared at us coldly and simply repeated please return to your seat. When I asked if we could move after take-off he simply start and repeated please return to your seats. About as far from friendly and helpful as you can imagine.

Hawaiian Airlines is one of the best. The flight attendant are attentive to your needs courteous and very polite. The entertainment on the flight is also very good with numerous choices and TV movies. I would definitely recommend Hawaiian airlines.

It was a bit cold. The worst thing was the insecticide spraying which we were not notified about before the flight. There was no choice of complimentary food. I'm a vegetarian, and the food had meat. The seats were comfortable. The movie selection was nice. I'm glad I brought a headset, as none was offered. The flight times were very good.

Nice people, easy boarding, comfortable seats. But didn’t like being stuck in a seat that I paid for only to hear an ad read by flight attendant for the Hawaiian Airlines credit card. TWO different times. No desire to hear all that. Wish there had been a mute button. And flight attendant handing out applications at the exit was way too much, Otherwise all good!!!

The crews were very friendly and provided excellent service. They offered a breakfast sandwich on our early flight which was a welcome option.

Checking bags was horrible. Scales read different weights. The airport is hot and in desperate need of refurbishment.

Overall, the experience was good, but not special in any way. Fortunately, the flight was quite short. There was no one at the check-in kiosks to answer questions or help. The top of my armrest fell off when I grabbed it to stand up. One hates to see the plane falling apart!

Polite answers from food service crews would be appreciated. Accommodating Vegans and Vegetarians by Hawaiian Airlines will provide better customer orientation. please pass this comment to Chairman and CEO. There is no meaning to calling Kauai a garden island when it's airline cannot provide a vegetarian sandwich made of vegetable slices inside bread.a

The Hawaiian airlines checkin desk was too small for the number of checkins. The seat on the plane was right next to the jet engine and it was very loud. It was probably 90 decibels or more loud. They should offer protective ear muffs for those seats. Seriosly. It was LOUD. The boarding of passengers should begin with those at the back of the aircraft, not the front of the aircraft to avoid having to wade through people who are still putting their stuff in the overhead bins on the way back to the back of the plane.
