We were delayed an hour leaving Munich (No fault of the crew). They kept us posted on the status so we knew what was going on, but as a result we missed our connection in Chicago and the communication on connecting flights was pretty poor as we disembarked. It was already stressful and some of that could have been reduced by better communications about where to find transfers, etc.
One problem, but a serious one - the plane is built with electric windows that tint dark to reduce light. Sitting next to the window is VERY UNCOMFORTABLE as it emits so much HEAT in the face when tinted.
I was happy to be seated with my teen daughter. On my arrival flight we were not together. Drink choices were great. Food was ok. Lots of entertainment options. Pilot communicated well and gave us a heads up about wind and turbulence. Made it less anxious.
No in flight entertainment, gate employees were very quick and impatient, plane was uncomfortable
The flight cancellation and process for getting a new flight was not that clear. United also had some delays that were unexpected. I am the most disappointed by the fact that I originally bought a Lufthansa ticket, only to be flown by United.
Need to have more snacks for the duration and coffee.

We booked flight thru Amex travel and it was already a lot of money for economy and no reserved seats until check in. On our flight from fra, we could not check in one passenger online and when we went to the airport, they said he does not have a guaranteed seat and he would be on a waiting list. This was a guaranteed seat and United overbooked. It was sos stressful when at the gate because they didn’t have a seat and the response was yeh, nothing we can do because the industry overbooks. But they knew we had one person with no seat and even up till boarding, they didn’t say anything. We had to go to the counter over 3 times and my husband was so beside himself, I went up and the counter person said yes, you have a ticket. Ohalaa, why wouldn’t they say anything? Leave us in angst the entire waiting time on a delayed flight. That’s poor customer service. On the flight, people would recline seats immediately and not even return them to normal when eating. We were so crammed, I can not fly eco again on Lufthansa or United when international. Other airlines have been better even when we were in economy. Not even worth it to upgrade to business compared to other airlines either. Overall, it was a really bad flight mainly because of the initial boarding and then no oversight over passengers. The flight crew did their best but they should really announce it more that people need to recline seats back. Kids kicking chairs, all the babies crying…must’ve been my worse flight in 15 years.
First, the bathroom was horrible. 2 bathroom stalls at a gate and no soap to wash our hands. We were sitting at the gate for an hour before they decided to check our particulars. The line was long. Boarding was chaotic. Once we boarded, we were put on the bus in the rainy and forced to stand like sandwiches in the bus. All this occurred on Christmas Day.
good service from crew. Before the would have an option between cookies or nuts as snacks.. Now, there are only cookies. too bad. People who can not have sugar don't have a choice.
As with every airline the seats are not built for tall people.
Fast check in, easy to navigate, crew were very good, the plane was delayed due to a previous flight and I found the cleanliness a little lacking but overall it was fine
I would not fly with BA again. Packed in like sardines, constant request to turn down air conditioning due to freezing cold for hours and the food was pretty to look at but tasteless!
Rude security cunts. However the lady that issued my boarding ticket when I was flying back from New York was lovely & helpful!!
Overall not great . We had a 4 four hour plus delay on returning and communication about the changes was poor . No updates were given on the website or by e-mail . We subsequently missed a connection , were our on a later flight and then missed all public transport for our onward journey home. Needed to hire a car at some expense . One member if staff was rude at the gate
The food is really eco only level. Breakfast was shameful. I am considering to stop flying with Iberia. Business prices are as expensive as other companies with much better service.
The entertainment system got stuck in the ABBA music channel. The headsets were not loud enough. My pre purchased aisle seat was not honoured

Everything was fantastic except the Iberia website and app… they left a lot of questions and induced much stress. But once on the plane, all was awesome.
Glad that the plane was not full so my 6' 2" husband didn't have anyone in front of him. We were able to sit in a row with a space between us so he could stretch his legs.
The boarding process in Frankfurt was chaotic and uncomfortable. Everyone was waiting at the gate and had to get up and line up (by escalators which caused problems) to get documents checked. Then wait in line for bus which took us to tarmac where we had to stand in the cold rain outside the plane to climb the stairs to board. The plane ride itself was smooth and as comfortable as could be in economy. Free texting for aero plane members was nice. The food was decent.
There is no food or entertainment on these short flights. Again the wheelchair situation in Denver is nasty. They are short staffed due to cut backs and layoffs and this impacts on travel comfort and ease.

Flew in Business Class. The new AC lounge at SFO is one of the best I’ve been to with a spacious design and an open air deck. Flight itself was on-time and as expected overall.
Flight delayed. Thus connection to Paris missed. About 50 people were left alone in YUL for 22 hours. Extra fees involved. No back up from Air Canada. Then the next day issues with luggage (fee paid to Air Canada but flight transfered/ slided onto Air France) .
Food variety there should be more options or at least more chicken than pasta offers. Multiple times I get left with pasta option only as I usually sit furthest back row.

The flight attendants were not very friendly and seemed annoyed by everytime a passenger asked a question
First of all, it was operated by lufthansa and not air Canada. I strongly suggest Lufthansa over air Canada.
