It seems as though the provisions are even less. Although SWA used to be an economy Airline, that isn't really the case anymore. I paid over $700. for a round trip to Denver and I could have flown just about any airline for the price. The drinks are now in a 6-ounce cup and with ice I'm sure a can would fill more than 2 cups. However, I am very proud of SWA for using paper rather than continuing to contribute to the millions of plastic cups being used each day. I've thought of this fr many years and am so glad to see it come to fruition, if not by only SWA so far.

I used to fly SWA all the time. I know the crew has their little acts that are often fun, and entertaining. On this flight one of the crew was just not nice. Very surprising.
My original flight was extremely delayed but I was able to join the standby list for an earlier flight. I was grateful for this feature but I wish I could’ve gotten my standby confirmation sooner.
Crew was pleasant; flight was on time. Paid extra for early bird check-in and still got B boarding.
If your boarding Military, it should be with ore board, and with my spouse, so rude and stupid to not let us board together and before a group. All the other airlines clearly understand Military courtesy, this is why I Rarely fly SWA and Always fly Alaska
The crew was nice. Boarding sucked. Instead of loading from the back to the front people just sat wherever and you had to wait for them to move to get to a seat. And the flight was 30 minutes delayed.
The crew was dutiful but seemed detached and bored. The boarding process is ineffective. No reason I shouldn’t be able to sit with my wife. I checked in at the first available minute and still got boarding tow “C”. Southwest used to be my first choice due to value. But no longer. Southwest is like traveling in a cattle car. Suggestion: be the first to make Wi-Fi free!

Terrible. Plane was at gate for 30 minutes before boarding. Boarding took 30 min. Then the co pilot announces that the plane has the minimal amount of fuel it needed. So we waited at the gate on board without air conditioning for 42 minutes while the plane took on additional fuel. My question to Southwest Airlines. Why didn’t you add the fuel to the plane before you allowed boarding to a plane without air conditioning in 102 degree heat.
Flight was not full! Had a whole row to myself.
I upgraded to first class only to find out that I still had no access to the sky lounge without a sky miles card or AmEx (something that should be emphasized outside of the fine print!) Also, no food or drink service provided during the flight, so I basically paid 4x more just for “free” checked baggage and a bigger seat. Not worth it.
Delta was really good about being transparent with why we were delayed it’s just that’s the plane was really old and outdated and a lot of the comfort and amenities we know Delta to have did not shine through
Bottom seat cushion is almost non existent. Very uncomfortable seat.
Delta was great the entertainment was outdated. Screen was very small and didn’t work.
Flight did not have seat back entertainment and the wifi was iffy.

No access to the Wi-Fi, noisy group of people made it difficult for me to hear through my earbuds. Snacks and drinks - limited service when your seat is at the back of the plane - people up front are always served first and the back gets whatever is left. Not pleased.
In this flight we had selected seating for our family in the middle of the plane in a 2x2 format. The airline changed them to the very back row of the plane and split them to 3x1. Why pay for seats that allow seat selection if the airline will just move them to the worst seats in the plane?
Never happened, because of the first delayed flight I lost the connection and had to wait overnight and take two flights to reach my destination.
The plane was delayed ~ 40 minutes. Communication could have been better. The entertainment was poor. We were not offered headsets by the flight attendants. The arm rest pad did not work properly, thus, I could not select what I wanted to watch.
A/C wasn't working. Made the 1.25 hour flight seem like 4 hours! Even at altitude it didn't cool down.

No water on the toilets, dirty sits. 4 hours delayed departure.
Overall good. Tight connection in DFW because of gate unavailability upon landing.
Airplane was cold. Flight attendants were rude. Phone charger did not work. No food available.
No food, no entertainment. But the flight was really short so maybe they had to skip drinks. I was able to board early ONLY because I am old and decrepit and they let me pre-board. I RESENT your dumping us into category 9 if we do not pay up. And when I paid for a seat I was STILL given 9. The pre-boarding helps. THIS flight was exceptionally smooth, please congratulate the pilots.
I love to flight american however my carry on had to be sent with regular luggage and it was broken. Don't appreciate that. If when I buy a ticket says I can take a carry on and a hand item there should be space for mwsy stuff and not be basically forced to send the item even if it's at no charge. A.A. needs to work on that. Everything else excellent.
Deparature was late, which is annoying but the arrival was fine and the baggage came early.
Excellent customer service at check in at Austin flight to DFW and excellent customer service from Karren in terminal B at DFW.
The free internet access did not work, so we had to purchase 2 Internet packages. Flight attendants were not proactive in checking in with first class patrons
The flight attendants were talking the entire time on the back and I couldn’t even take a nap. Super annoying
11h50m total delay. Had to switch to another flight that was still a 7h30m delay.

Fantastic. Had handicapped traveler and they helped us through security, helped with boarding, helped put wheelchair together, and were all very patient. A pleasant change from previous spirit flights I’ve taken. Highly recommend.
Spirit's seating does not work for an overnight flight and my back is killing me. This airline does not meet the minimum standards for being an airline.
I was booked to Reno with a carry on and a personal item on Alaska airlines. Kayak booked me on a return flight on Spirit on which I was not allowed a carry on. What a nightmare. It cost me an upgrade on Spirit and a checked bag fee, a total of $125, to get a small carry on bag home. Kayak needs to learn about the Go restrictions on Spirit before quoting a price on a round trip ticket.
Seats had more cushion in this flight. Otherwise, I got what I paid for. Will avoid spirit airlines at all cost.
This is the first and last times I take spirit. It’s really bare bones. That old saying that everything comes at a price, that’s really applicable here.
The first flight was delayed which would've caused me to miss the connecting flight. It wasn't the first delay of my overall trip with spirit airlines. They were both due to crew. I was offered a credit after I cancelled my newark flight, but honestly, I won't be flying with them ever again. It's absolutely ridiculous that a full refund isn't given considering it wasn't something mechanical or weather related. It's literally their own crew being late.
Well, the seats were SO tiny. I’m five-foot ten-inches talk as a woman and thank god I wasn’t more than 150 pounds as I would not have fit at all. I understand there are the “big seats”for an upgrade or a blocked middle seat but I was not prepared for the size. Also, there was an incident on the plane with a man who wound up being escorted off the plane at landing by TSA… I understand this was not in the control of the flight crew BUT the flight attendants were arguing amongst themselves at the front of the plane and we could hear them. There was a flight attendant in her 50s scolding a male flight attendant for “placating the guy” that was causing a ruckus and telling him “you should have been on our side not his.” Not only was this unprofessional to do in front of passengers, but it caused anxiety in nearby people including myself. We don’t want to feel like there is a potential danger on the flight - 9/11 flashbacks. The flight crew should remain calm and I believe the male flight attendant was in the right in trying to calm the man who was an issue.
Comfortable and plenty of. Having to buy water and coffee, though is ridiculous!
Purchasing tickets on their website is upsetting, they take the consumer for a ride...I wanted 2 tickets for me and my friend but we only had one carry on between the two of us. It was impossible to only pay for one - I had to pay for 2 carry ons and blew $50! Shame on their sleazy business practices! The seats in the airplane are shockingly uncomfortable! In the future I will only fly Spirit if I have no other reasonably priced choice. The flight and the crew were good. But still: Go Southwest Airlines!!!
Could at least have little recline in economy seats and windows to the last row, they were super uncomfortable and lots of chit chat and disturbance from the operation of crew members and other passengers
