unfortunately had mechanical issues and had to switch planes. the obnoxious drunk guy in the furthest back seat could have been quieter and not dropped so many f bombs.

Flight was delayed but it worked out fine. A woman was yelling and singing loudly throughout the flight. Unpleasant for everyone around

Easy boarding, good staff, comfortable seats, easy ride. Also, friendly passengers!

My main complaint is specifically with having booked through kayak. Our flight was delayed and I was no longer able to access my boarding pass through the kayak app. Fortunately I had screen capped it. If I had not it would have been critical problem while boarding.

Meh. It was the cheapest option, but not cheap for a mid-week flight. The flight staff were the most brisk and passive-aggressive I've seen on a flight in forever. We got to the destination alive though.

Have the plane with our connecting flight arrive on time so there was no need to rebook

Was the first time flying Alaska Airlines in several years. The airplane had very obviously diminished seat spacing and the flight was full. Crew was lovely, check in was easy.

It was quite chilly on board my flight from SEA to CST. Better than being hot and stuffy, I guess.

The agent was able to get me to LA when i need it. However i need to ask why she charge me 25000 miles for one way to LA. I think she made a mistake. Spirit Airlines only you need 2500miles.

I upgraded to first class only to find out that I still had no access to the sky lounge without a sky miles card or AmEx (something that should be emphasized outside of the fine print!) Also, no food or drink service provided during the flight, so I basically paid 4x more just for “free” checked baggage and a bigger seat. Not worth it.

Delta was really good about being transparent with why we were delayed it’s just that’s the plane was really old and outdated and a lot of the comfort and amenities we know Delta to have did not shine through

Bottom seat cushion is almost non existent. Very uncomfortable seat.

Delta was great the entertainment was outdated. Screen was very small and didn’t work.

Flight did not have seat back entertainment and the wifi was iffy.

Pretty standard flight. Delta has a good selection of movies.

The WiFi has been awful on my last few Delta Air Lines flights.

The plane was clean. The staff was excellent. The flight attendants were very good. Enjoyable flight. Overall. The seats in the back are too small but, will always be.

Everything was awful Flight attendant was condescending, rude and not helpful at all. Small outdated plane. No service, uncomfortable seats. Flight attendant was really the worst. He used hand gestures to communicate instead of words and whenever he used words he was condescending.

They need to improve their boarding process. Group 1 and/or paying first class passengers shouldn't be in the middle of boarding process

late departure due to some unspecified issue with ventilating the cabin. They got it running but it was FREEZING for the whole flight. I asked for a blanket but they didn't provide one. They could not turn up the heat. it was quite miserable.

This was a 5 hour flight with no entertainment and with a snack being provided (pretzels and fruit bar), which are both high in carbs and sugar. Nuts would have been a better choice.

Overall good. Tight connection in DFW because of gate unavailability upon landing.

No food, no entertainment. But the flight was really short so maybe they had to skip drinks. I was able to board early ONLY because I am old and decrepit and they let me pre-board. I RESENT your dumping us into category 9 if we do not pay up. And when I paid for a seat I was STILL given 9. The pre-boarding helps. THIS flight was exceptionally smooth, please congratulate the pilots.

I love to flight american however my carry on had to be sent with regular luggage and it was broken. Don't appreciate that. If when I buy a ticket says I can take a carry on and a hand item there should be space for mwsy stuff and not be basically forced to send the item even if it's at no charge. A.A. needs to work on that. Everything else excellent.

Deparature was late, which is annoying but the arrival was fine and the baggage came early.

Excellent customer service at check in at Austin flight to DFW and excellent customer service from Karren in terminal B at DFW.

The free internet access did not work, so we had to purchase 2 Internet packages. Flight attendants were not proactive in checking in with first class patrons

The flight attendants were talking the entire time on the back and I couldn’t even take a nap. Super annoying

11h50m total delay. Had to switch to another flight that was still a 7h30m delay.

A very good flight. All personnel were gracious and pleasant. Good flight. No complaints.
