Good flight times. The app didn’t show all available seats when checking in. I thought I had to pay for an exit row to have a seat but there were actually 42 seats left. Then I had to get a refund and getting ahold of a customer care representative who was able to do that was very very difficult.

They cancelled our flight at the last minute, then reassigned us to a flight where we were in middle seats. Their "food" was a set of crackers.

There should be a rating option of "n/a" for entertainment as there were no in-flight audio or video options for our particular flight. We want to give special praise to Flight Attendant Christine, who made our trip home very special with her extra attention to our comfort and enjoyment. Christine, you ROCK. You were an angel in our skies!

Everything was terrible. But in particular, we boarded about 40 minutes late, and when we landed the plane drove around for 20 minutes before finally getting to the gate. This combined 60 minute delay caused me to miss my connecting flight. I was supposed to catch a 1050pm flight. The next flight to my destination wasn't until 5pm the next day, and Alaska air offered no hotel voucher, so I had to either pay a ton of money for a place to sleep or just sleep on the airport benches. The worst flying experience I've ever had, horrible customer service or at least Alaska does a terrible job taking care of delayed passengers. I will never fly Alaska again, horrible airline.

Delayed multiple times going to Alaska and coming back to LA

The seats were very uncomfortable and it was a 7 hour flight with no complimentary meal.

I thought the whole trip was really good to Seattle especially being upgraded to first class and being able to get some sleep

To start with the plane was delayed for five hours and it messed up my whole night and the rest of my trip.we never got any notification that it was going to be late ,but they did say be at the airport early as they’are expecting long tsa lines, I usually fly delta,but my brother talked me into flying Alaska ,so i got my education the hard way.i bought three tickets for this flight and I think it was way too much for the hassle it caused me.

Delta was great the entertainment was outdated. Screen was very small and didn’t work.

Flight heavily delayed. No food available despite purchasing an upgrade. No in cabin service.

It was not in Delta's control, but when we landed, we ended up parking at the wrong gate, and so everyone was already ready to deplane and had their carryon bags, ready to leave. But we had to sit down and move to the proper gate. This process took over 30 minutes. Again, not Delta's fault - more so on the staff at JFK

My Flight was cancelled and there was no other options available for me to Travel on that date and my options for the next day was all connecting flights that would have me in the airports all day before reaching my destination

The boarding was great. With all the delays I was grateful to get on the plane and headed for home. There was no in flight entertainment. Seats were very uncomfortable! Unfortunately we were seated next to an exit row so there was no recline in our seat. Other than that it was a smooth ride.

First, the flight was schedule to leave at 12:08. Delayed to 12:38. It is 12:58 and I am sitting at the gate. The staff are not communicating with us (just tell me it’s gonna be five hours if that’s the case, quit hufflepuffing around like you’re trying to board us when the plane isn’t even here and you don’t know where your crew are. I’m still waiting for any communication about the further delay. This is a rebooked flight from a cancelled flight yesterday, when the airline failed to fulfill its fiduciary responsibility to hotel and cover transport for overnight cancelations. Asking about the food on the flight? What food?!? Delta doesn’t serve meals unless you pay for them and you really want me to give delta a high rating for passing out processed snacks (fun size!)? Can we be for real. Delta is cementing itself in history as one of the cheap, stingy, outdated, glory days are over airlines, and it shows. I took this flight knowing delta was going to provide below level service but this is beyond burgers!! I can’t believe a multi billion or dollar company looked straight in my eyes yesterday and I told me this wasn’t their fault and there for the extra cost in hotel and hundreds of dollars in Ubers are MY RESPONSIBILITY. The only thing I am at fault for is believing delta is reputable company worthy of my dollars. I’m not even sure I want to be compensated unless it is cash because I would rather die never traveling again than to put money in their pockets.

Flight was delayed. Had to get rebooked. Diamond medallion but stuck in a crappy seat. Rebooked flight then got delayed again. Then when we finally boarded, we waited another hour for a new crew. Then landed in JFK and sat for another 40 minutes waiting for a crew to come to the gate to be able to deplane. Hot mess all around, which unfortunately is becoming the norm for Delta

My seat was changed at the last minute and I was moved to the last row, right next to the bathroom despite selecting my seat well in advance. I was also made to check my carry on due to space but when I got on the plane there was significant empty overhead space. Picking up my carry on from the luggage carousel added time to my trip which had already been extended due to delay.

3 hours late and all they have is was a $12 meal voucher. That’s not even enough to cover fast food.

It was pretty good I was worried with the short Layover that I might not catch my connection but the gate was there

Never nice, United Express partners always do an amazing job.

There was no room in overhead bin to place our luggage despite we had tree seats. It means a lot of people had more than 1 carry on bags. When I asked a crew member to help she said that it was not her responsibility.

The flight from Cleveland to Newark was great. The connecting flight wasn’t so good.

To san Francisco it was ok. From sf to Manila it was horrible

The flight was bumpy. No Breakfast or coffee was served, not even a bottle of water. The food was okay but odd. Rice with peas instead of couscous with some unknown green thing. United Airlines did not tell me that there was VERY LIMITED HANDICAP SERVICE IN NAPLES. De-plane via 20 aluminum steps. Taken to Van. You must walk into the terminal, find luggage, and then walk out to the rental car pickup spot that is 1 block from the terminal.

Our flight was delayed several times. It left 9 hours after scheduling. We had to sleep in the airport.

Like all other airlines United makes you pay for everything. Like everyone, you have to pay for checking in a bag on top of your already expensive ticket. Hence no one does it and we all show up with our luggage at boarding which forces the company to push people to drop their luggage as there is no space. Well, that delays the boarding process a d generates frustrated passengers who lashes out on the poor crew. Please go back to the simple past: charge my original ticket 30 dollars more and make one bag check in included (even in basic economy). I won't even see the difference on price but will definitely notice the beauty of having the chance to ship my luggage !

The Check-in process at ORF for united is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I got there two hours early for a flight down the street and didn’t make it halfway to the register before I had to get out of line and remove my bags or miss my flight. This is every day thing and I’m clueless how this has gone on for years. This was the final straw. I’d rather pay a fortune more for a different airline than deal with this process

Terrible Initial delay for almost an hour before boarding and departing in Seattle. Then a “customary” wait on the tarmac in Newark after landing for half an hour. I call it customary because it happens almost every time I land in Newark. I do t know if it’s Newark or United airline but it’s a travesty . I use Newark because it’s closer than jfk to where I live but am strongly considering switching because of extremely poor in time performance and Condé and delay after landing

The boarding process was delayed and the miscommunication of what seats are broken

The flight was very smooth, crew were fantastic but food was lacking.

The best thing about AA is that the onboard entertainment allows me to watch on my iPad. This was not working. USB ports were not working and the flight attendant said they often don’t work. The flight attendants, one in particular, were uncaring. I was very disappointed.

Deparature was late, which is annoying but the arrival was fine and the baggage came early.

No explanation of why there was no snack and drink service (unless requested) when there was service in the other direction.

Flight was good. However, they had everyone board the plane then made us sit there on the tarmac for an hour plus due to maintenance issues. Besides that flight attendant and pilot were amazing.

Check in agent was helpful and nice. Flight was OK. Our flight in Chicago was delayed 8 hours without an explination. This was our journey home. After a horrible flight experience on on the way to our vacation where our plane was diverted for an emergency medical issue, was grounded for hours, we missed our connecting flight by 25 minutes, and it took a day yo get re-booked, this was yet another bad experience that American seemed unwilling to help out with, much less compensate us for the

Service was excellent with the staff they all did an fantastic job well done 👏. But the entertainment with the wifi service was very bad couldn't login to read or watch a movie. An also I couldn't get any rest because there was some ppl making noise talking along with kids was misbehaving. Also I prefer person u there head phone while using there devices . But it was a very smooth flight. Thanks you all 😀😀
