Had more room than other airlines, it seemed, which was nice!

Airline seems to have really gone downhill and have secured a reputation for being late and nonprofessional. How sad.

Good flight times. The app didn’t show all available seats when checking in. I thought I had to pay for an exit row to have a seat but there were actually 42 seats left. Then I had to get a refund and getting ahold of a customer care representative who was able to do that was very very difficult.

The first class crew was very attentive to any needs requested. As a diabetic a few extra choices for drinks would be nice. Plus at least one meal that would be diabetic friendly.

connection was tight as the boarding gates were very far apart. Made it when they were calling final boarding

They cancelled our flight at the last minute, then reassigned us to a flight where we were in middle seats. Their "food" was a set of crackers.

Changed gate but didn’t announce & boards had wrong information. Nearly missed flight as a result. Very unnerving!

There should be a rating option of "n/a" for entertainment as there were no in-flight audio or video options for our particular flight. We want to give special praise to Flight Attendant Christine, who made our trip home very special with her extra attention to our comfort and enjoyment. Christine, you ROCK. You were an angel in our skies!

Everything was terrible. But in particular, we boarded about 40 minutes late, and when we landed the plane drove around for 20 minutes before finally getting to the gate. This combined 60 minute delay caused me to miss my connecting flight. I was supposed to catch a 1050pm flight. The next flight to my destination wasn't until 5pm the next day, and Alaska air offered no hotel voucher, so I had to either pay a ton of money for a place to sleep or just sleep on the airport benches. The worst flying experience I've ever had, horrible customer service or at least Alaska does a terrible job taking care of delayed passengers. I will never fly Alaska again, horrible airline.

I upgraded to first class only to find out that I still had no access to the sky lounge without a sky miles card or AmEx (something that should be emphasized outside of the fine print!) Also, no food or drink service provided during the flight, so I basically paid 4x more just for “free” checked baggage and a bigger seat. Not worth it.

Delta was really good about being transparent with why we were delayed it’s just that’s the plane was really old and outdated and a lot of the comfort and amenities we know Delta to have did not shine through

Bottom seat cushion is almost non existent. Very uncomfortable seat.

Delta was great the entertainment was outdated. Screen was very small and didn’t work.

Flight did not have seat back entertainment and the wifi was iffy.

Pretty standard flight. Delta has a good selection of movies.

The WiFi has been awful on my last few Delta Air Lines flights.

The plane was clean. The staff was excellent. The flight attendants were very good. Enjoyable flight. Overall. The seats in the back are too small but, will always be.

Flight was 3 1/2 hour delayed with no credit or meal vouchers

late departure due to some unspecified issue with ventilating the cabin. They got it running but it was FREEZING for the whole flight. I asked for a blanket but they didn't provide one. They could not turn up the heat. it was quite miserable.

Liked that we left on time for each flight. Snacks not the best, but we're okay.

Everything was perfect except the pad at the top of the seat back. It pushes my head forward in a very uncomfortable position and it is not removable.

They had three choices for snacks - but you could only have one - and they ran out of the dark chocolate before they made it all the way down the aisle... Packed flight - limited service.

I am not an electronic savy. I don't know how to maneuver the APPS for services. Why can't I just buy food without the apps.

Flight home lot's of room shame I never noticed that they ripped my suitcase and didn't notice it to I got toy destination and had to buy new set
