Poor customer service. Bad attitude at the counter. Not enough information before booking ended not getting the car because can not be driven to certain states. Lot of time wasted.

They did not have a car for me when I arrived and had to come back for one later. Then I was given an electric car that wouldn’t charge. When I tried calling, the phone was never answered no matter how many times I called. I ended up having to miss work to return the rental early and go with another company for car. Would never rent from them again.

Hertz told me that Kayak screwed up by giving me a reservation. When I got to Hertz, they told me they had absolutely no vehicles available to me. It was extremely frustrating to need to scramble to find a car at another company. Thank goodness I wasn’t trying to get to an airport for a flight. I will NEVER use Kayak again for anything.

Car smelled bad inside but great otherwise. It was a manager's choice car. 30-45 minute wait for car to be ready but apologies were given for the delay. Much cheaper rhan at the hotels on the strip and return was to the airport on our last day so it was great

Friendly and accommodating staff.

Cons:

I don’t know if there’s a way to incentivize other renters not to smoke in the cars. That was an issue that came up for me.

The staff at the Gold Star Blvd location was excellent, drop off was easy.

Cons:

I had a reservation for an SUV, but they didn't have one. Stuck with a minivan, had to exchange it at a different location the next day.

Absolutely terrible experience and will never use Turo. Apparently the car we had arranged months before was smashed two weeks before we we due to pick it up. Trouble is, no one told us until we were on the Eurostar on the way to get it. They had had our money for ages. Seems like the owner, Luke, was trying to get Turo to make up the difference and hire us his more expensive alternative (a Porsche, which I wouldn’t want anyway). Turo “help” line was totally unhelpful. Couldn’t end the deal; couldn’t refund without us getting on to another department (hard on a foreign phone). They can’t call you…. So it was impossible to organise an alternative. If there is a problem with a car hire company, they just replace it. Turo was more expensive and unable to fix a problem. Never again.

I was able to choose the exact car I wanted and was even able to reserve a cooler and boogie board to use for the week. The car was in like-new condition. The free shuttle was convenient, fast and the drivers were nice. The location was a little bit further from the airport, but it wasn't a problem.
