Pick up in Vero Beach was easy as was the drop off at Orlando International.Cons:
The car was not inspected for damage at pick up and I had to go back to point out some minor damage.Hertz

Cons:
We received an email two days before pick up telling us to pick up at the WRONG location. We were directed to a Ford dealer (4th and US 1 Vero Beach.) They told us that Hertz left 2years ago! We had to drive to Vero Airport...a waste of a valuable hour... before had to drive to Palm Beach airport. Terrible! Hertz desk blamed this on the reseller. Someone is to blame and should fix it!4.0 Mediocre

Being in southern Florida where the temps were 82-85 degrees, having a car with a/c would’ve been ideal. I was better off getting a compact for half the cost if I knew it would have a/c10.0 Wonderful
