Pros. The kid activities are great
Cons. Food in the hotel is very expensive and not very good. Breakfast is ok. The
Pros. The water area was not a big as some other locations, IE no wave pool, fewer slides, but enough for our kids who are 6 and 9, not to be bored during our two day stay.
Cons. Upon arrival, the lineup to check in was ridiculously long with only three employees working the desk. Both the male and female locker rooms smelled terribly and we're absolutely filthy. Guest services, once they answered the phone, could not care less. Rooms were run down but the bed was comfy. The pillows felt like old bricks. Trying to reach front desk was like playing a shell game: unwound call, they would eventually answer, out me in hold, I would get frustrated, hang up, call back, and this went in for three different voices until I finally went to the front desk for help. Cleaning ladies were great!
