Cons:Car wasn’t ready when I arrived
Pros:Pick-up was smooth, considering I was there an hour earlier. The front desk was very kind.
Cons:The drop-off procedure is flawed. If your drop-off time is after hours on a Friday they will charge you three days until they open Monday by default. Since there is no one in the office to accept the car. That kind of business practice seems absolutely silly. Either don’t allow drop-offs after hours or charge the renter that Monday for any late drop-offs.
Cons:The people we had intended on visiting became COVID+, so we had to cancel plans. Thrifty was the ONLY company that would not make some kind of accomodation.
Pros:Staff could have answered the phone.

Cons:Pick up could have been faster. No options were offered. Car was filthy inside, including cigarette ashes, hair, and broken glass in the trunk. Car was scratched, dented, and not clean on the exterior.

Cons:there was 50 plus people in line and after 30 minutes at atlanta airport no one was moving. No one in reservations was telling people what was going on or why the line was so long. Had no idea if we still had a reservation so we moved on to another rental car company with a small line that was moving
Pros:Nothing about this company I liked. The man mike who works at Thrifty location in Atl (221 Peachtree Center Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30303). Was extremely nasty with communicating with me and streotyping me. By telling me “Chime isn’t a major bank company, may to you n your people. Only major banks we take are Chase,TD,BankOfAmerica for example.” Even tho my chime card was a credit card. So by telling me this I couldn’t not get my rental car at all. Even though my bank account was charged. At this point I was completely off. Kaya or Thrift don’t let anyone know this information so I have to take the fall which is not far. About which credit cards can be use or not. Also, I called kayak about the situation and still haven’t received my money back where I have to make a dispute now. If you ever decide to rent a car DONT NOT BOOK IT THROUGH THRIFTY OR KAYAK THEY WILL SET YOU UP FOR FAILURE SMH.

Cons:No complaints except that the drop off location in NYC is labeled "Hertz" and does not mention Thrifty. I did not realize that there was a merger so had trouble finding it.
