Pros:The staff were very friendly and it was a quick process to pickup and drop off.
Cons:The car smelled like Cigarette smoke on the interior.

Pros:Front desk staff and car were great.
Cons:Trying to extend my booking was a nightmare. Thrifty office number was wrong. Website didn't recognise my booking. Indian call center wait time was 20 minutes. Was bumped off twice, turning it into 40 minutes. Then they wanted to charge me double the rate and couldn't take off the auto bridge toll, which I didn't need. Had no choice but to return the car and change everything that was planned for the day. Absolutely furious! What a joke Thrifty!
Pros:Pick up and drop off was very easy. The car was super clean, new, and comfortable to drive.

Cons:Returned the car 3 days early because the battery was not consistent. Wanted another car. They said there were no cars. I wanted a refund for the 3 days left on the contract - they refused and did not give me another car. What a rip-off.

Pros:Car was clean, and presented no issues
Cons:The scheduled pickup time was 5am, and there was no one to be found at the thrifty counter or the garage. I walked around the airport for 40mins, called thrifty customer service who told me there was nothing he could do. Thankfully, at 5:45 there was a hertz agent that just arrived in their gold users office, and was able to help me out. As a result I was late to my appointment.

Pros:Friendly helpful staff. Easy pickup. Easy drop off at SNA airport. Gas tank was full when picking up so I didn't have to bother with fueling up.
Cons:Someone to show me if there was any damage on the vehicle before I rented, and to document that with paperwork and/or pictures.
