The only complaint I would have is that the Thrifty shuttles don't run as often as the other rental companies...after waiting 1 minutes I decided to run from the terminal over to the Thrifty building to pick up my SUV. :o(
Booked a car to be picked upnin Calgary and returned in Vancouver. What wasnt clear (maybe with very small letters?) was that the drop fee for returning in a different lovation wasnt included in Kayak’s rental price. Drop fee was ~40% of rental fee!! I would probably have booked anyway but not nice to be tricked. Car and waitingntime etc was fine but hard to be happy when cheated this way
The windshield wiper fluid was completely dry. Shows that the car was not serviced before turning it over to me.
Agents were friendly. Comparable vehicle was provided. Car was comfortable. Easy picking up and seamless dropping off as well.
The people who represent this company at this airport are super unprofessional and unpleasant to work with. My rental was scheduled for 7AM and nobody showed up until 9AM, I called several times and nobody answered after about an hour of waiting somebody finally called me back and said there was no more cars available and to leave and that they will not cancel my reservation! Horrible experience and would be ashamed if these where the people working for my company, I would highly suggest thrifty do an investigation at this location
Kept getting a signal that two tires were low. Had to add air three times. It was either a sensor issue or a very small hole in those tires.
Functioning side view mirror would have been better
They tried to charge me a cleaning fee without disclosing it up front.
The car we rented was very good! Fit our needs.
We didn’t get the vehicle we reserved and there was an extra charge applied even though the gas was brought back the way it started.
