The staff was friendly, no complaints there. The hotel is conveniently located. My room was called "accessible" and what that provided was a very tall tub with multiple handrails. It was slippery when wet and showering is difficult with both hands on the rails to prevent a fall. There were obvious attempts to upgrade the facilities but the workmanship was simply sloppy. While the sheets were clean, the bedding smelled stale. The mattress was concave but surprisingly comfortable. The coffee at the breakfast buffet was watered down and undrinkable, so I tried the in-room coffee maker, placed on a unit with no lighting, and it was impossible to assemble the numerous parts. I ended up using the coffee filter like a tea bag directly in the cup, but it tasted nothing like coffee. The television had not been tuned correctly so every figure was distorted.
