Cons:There were MAJOR hidden fees. Felt like I was obligated to pay them, instead of search out another brand.
Pros:Friendly staff. Great vehicle.
Cons:On pick up we were told that they had no cars in the category we had reserved (intermediate)...we DID HAVE A RESERVATION!!! The agent then proceeded to list other cars he had that we could have instead, WITHOUT MENTIONING THAT THESE OTHER CARS WERE MORE EXPENSIVE!!! So by the time the deal was done. In order to get a car at all, we ended up having to pay twice as much af originally quoted!!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH TYPE OF UNDERHANDED SERVICE!!!!! I wil be calling SIXT to request compensation!! BTW, the car we actually got used twice as much gas as well...double whammy!!!
Cons:I booked a Mercedes and there wasnt one available. It was a Lincoln which in my opinion is not comparable to a Mercedes. I ended up upgrading to a Ranger Rover sport. Im not complaining but I had to spend almost 50% more to get what I was expecting, that could have been better
Pros:All-in-one rental location. The ease of the return. The value and selection of the rental. The idea of going someplace warm and dry in February!
Cons:My receipt never stated the total mileage driven --- 1st time that has happened. No other issues.
Pros:The service was great which made the process from the time we walked in go smoothly. The staff was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the city, he even gave tips on where to eat and shop near our hotel. The price was exactly what was on kayak, the vehicle was brand new (less than 3,000 miles) and it was what we booked. I would definitely recommend and book with them again.
Cons:The only thing that could have been better is if they allow the spouse that’s on the vehicle insurance for the renter be an additional driver at no additional cost.

Cons:My trip was cancelled, all other flights and airbnb refunded my money but not here. Poor response time and bad customer service. Never again.
Both initial check-in and car return were quick and easy. The gentleman at the initial check in welcomed us and treated us a long time customers.
Cons:Upon arrival, no car available. Still waiting for prepaid return of funds.
Pros:Mike C. when I checked in was absolutely great. While customers at other rental agencies were in a line that had to be 50 yards long, Mike had me on my way within minutes. I will defin itely use Sixt on my next visit.
