Pros. It was a well maintained and lavish hotel with nice decor and beautiful rooftop view. Friendly staff gave me a free champagne bottle for my birthday
Cons. I booked my room ahead of time, and reserved it for 3 of my friends for $179, which I thought was a good deal. 2 my other friends decide to show up and booked a room last minute literally at the check in counter. Not only did they get a much larger suite room with 2 beds a separate living room, 2 baths, a vanity area and a larger TV THEY PAID LESS THAN I DID. They paid around $140 for a high end suite. What kind of hotel policy is that? I should have canceled my room and stayed with them. There was enough room for 5. While my room didn’t have what was advertised in the reservation posting. Unbelievable. Also the “free” breakfast was some lousy raisin oats cereal, yogurt, and bread.
Pros. Location
Cons. Staff was kinda of rude. Valet was rude and expensive!!
Pros. First room was tiny but was able to move to a suite and very nice. Good location.
Cons. The first room was a mini suite but was tiny.
