Senses Riviera Maya is an adult-only hotel featured by Artisan. It is located in the Riviera Maya and is all-inclusive. The luxury boutique hotel can get you away from all the noise and is a very secluded, private, and romantic getaway spot.
The smaller resort provides romantic spots for 38 rooms, all of which have views of the ocean. Ideal for honeymoons or wedding anniversaries, the spacious suites all provide a plush king size bed, sleek bathrooms, private balconies, big flat screen TVs and personal coffee.
In addition to the cozy rooms, the Senses Riviera Maya houses two restaurants and one lounge. The restaurants include the Caribbean-inspired The Blend along with a seafood choice, the Cavamar. The bar serves as a fantastic place to cool down and relax with a martini or other kind of cocktail.
The large pool is mere steps away from the ocean and one of the most relaxing ones you will find at a hotel. Jacuzzis are available on the rooftop terrace where many appreciate the views during the day, and in the sun, or at night under the stars.
Other amenities provided by the hotel include an in-room mini bar, complimentary bathrobes, premium TV channels, microwave and in-room safe. The rooms are beautifully furnished with tile or marble floors. The suites also have kitchenettes.
Treat your loved one to a one of a kind experience at the adult-only Senses Riviera Maya in Mexico.

Pros. Staff is amazing and will go out of their way to help you. The place is located far away and its quiet and nice. Food was great.
Cons. Manager needs to be nicer to guests and definitely to her employees. Structure is poorly maintained. Elevator needs to be fixed
Pros. The rooms, the food, the facilities
Cons. The beach (they don't have their own beach club) They lie a little bit about the all inclusive, not good idea to spend the new year eve there. The cocktails bevereges are terrible
Pros. The hotel rooms are much larger than the average hotel and they all have gorgeous oceanfront views. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Dinner time at the restaurant was especially good. Nice healthy cuts of meat or fish with delicious veggies and surprisingly great mashed potatoes as well as at other things of course. While they only had 3 wine options, the sparkling wine option was very tasty in my opinion. I really really loved the nespresso machine in the room! We came home and bought one for Our home! The jugo verde every morning was soooo delicious! The upstairs topless section is beautiful and a really nice option for those of us who find our bathing suits incredibly uncomfortable in hot sweaty weather!
Cons. Not great for swimming in the ocean unfortunately, the waves were fairly rough. Possibly it was the time of year we were there - early February. Numerous times we would call to the fronts desk or the room service line and no one would answer. Every time we were eventually able to reach someone within 15 to 20 minutes. But clearly they are understaffed in that respect. Again, the upstairs deck is gorgeous, yet completely understaffed and I don't understand why. They could do so much more up there. The other frustrating thing is that people were allowed to put their towels and belongings on the four sun beds by the pool, be gone for hours leaving the bed unused, but because they had staked it out already, no one else could use it. It would be really great if the hotel would put a very obvious sign up saying "if you plan to leave your sunbed for more then an hour please remove your things so that other guests may enjoy" or something to that effect. And then to of course enforce that. My boyfriend was horrified that they only offered two kinds of beers in the entire hotel. Dos Equis and Tecate. While the cocktails were always strong, they often tasted like the mix they used was made with some kind of fake sugar like splenda or something. They seemed to use prepackaged mixes for the cocktails rather than fresh juice and sugar, etc. Made for a weird aftertaste.
Pros. The rooms were stunning, jacuzzi bath, plunge pool on balcony overlooking the ocean. Great bath products. Huge room! The place is definitely beautiful. Ceasar was absolutely brilliant always willing to help, give good advise about local things to do. Infinity pool overlooking the ocean was gorgeous! Overall the hotel is amazing.
Cons. Because the place is new in sure they are still working on things but...The staff in the bar (except the lovely lady she was fab) need to be a little more knowledgeable about cocktails. The drinks were very expensive and they didn't have much of a selection. Need to make the bar restaurant a little more romantic / warm but still it was lovely. Food was great. maybe on arrival to the hotel a little info on things would have been nice..
