Pros. The room was comfortable and wee joyed the location of the hotel
Pros. The room was quite small for the price we paid for one night, wish it was bigger for sure, probably won't stay there again, but the rest was good, the breakfast was delicious

Cons. We paid the extra money compared to other hotel for the pool/spa. Pool/spa was closed. Front desk person was dealing with another upset customer who's room spa was not working. She gave the women a 20% off. I asked since the general pool and spa was closed could we get the same credit. She said yes, printed the rate which i noted the reduction. She said it would show up on my credit card as a reduction. A week later no credit. No i'm disputing through priceline to get the credit. What a bother.
Pros. The room was so clean and comfy. Bed great. I thought it should have had a better "Star Rating". Only one ice machine on main floor but great taste. Breakfast area small for size of hotel.

Cons. After a predicted light snow, they did not shovel, salt or plow. As a result I was unexpectedly seriously injured. No assistance or human kindness offered by hotel staff; I had to beg the clerk for directions to the nearest hospital. Seriously, not even " are you ok?" let alone an offer to call an ambulance or help me find medical care.
Pros. From the time I made the reservation through final checkout everything was flawless. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were amazingly clean. Wish more places were like these guys. Definitely looking forward to our next stay with these folks.
