The bedding was clean, and that was it. Burn marks on the ceiling and some outlets. Missing outlet covers. The multicolored carpet was black with dirt. Large mirror had a huge Crack all the way up. Litter around the edge of the room. Found an empty juice bottle in the night stand. Room had a weird smell. TV reception was iffy. Patches of different colored paint on the walls. Overall, it was a dump.
Cons. Expedia booked and charged for rooms that didn't exist. We were out of options at 10pm. The proprietor made available two rooms that normally weren't fit for sale. Plumbing problems in both rooms, no door lock on one. We have made multiple efforts to receive even a small discount in rate from Expedia with no luck. The hotel hung up on Expedia. While we appreciate the hotel making a spot for us, we do not appreciate the follow up, and being charged full price for rooms. It seems clear the hotel did not appropriately update their inventory with Expedia. Overall the property of the hotel is run down and in disrepair.
Pros. The only redeeming quality of the hotel was the front desk woman who patiently cycled through a series of nonfunctional rooms until we found one that (sorta) worked. Otherwise 1 star across theboard.
Cons. We had to go through 4 rooms to find a nonsmoking room that didn't stink of smoke, had heat and toilet worked. Couldn't get out fast enough.
