Hot breakfast was great...the pool could have been cleaner. The water didn't seem right. Otherwise perfect stay.

Pros. Friendly staff, quick check in and check out, room was clean and comfortable, pool was great and clean, and the hotel is right in the middle of all the attractions. Overall very happy with our stay.
Cons. Nothing negative to report.
Pros. The room was very clean and alots of room. The breakfast was good. We ate there every morning.
Cons. When we where in our room you could here alots of noise from the hallway. The bed was too hard !
Cons. Had a noise from outside room that we were told was a maintenance something for the pool. Went on for an hour and we told the front desk about it. A maintenance person came up to see about it but said he could do nothing about it. It did stop but started again later but did not go on very long.
Pros. Comfortable, clean and at a convenient location. Free wifi. Friendly staff!
Cons. Breakfast was ok. But, for the price we didnt mind eating out.
Pros. The continental breakfast was very good with a wide selection of eggs, toast, make your own waffles, hot & cold cereal, muffins, 3 types of juices, fruit, and more. The hotel was conveniently located to many attractions and restaurants.
Cons. We had trouble finding three working outlets to plug our phones and fit bits. The hotel had a small indoor pool but did not advertise it that way.
Pros. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in the king suite with the whirlpool. It was a great value for the price and a great location (right in the middle of many Pigeon Forge attractions). There was plenty of parking and the front lobby receptionist was helpful and polite.
Cons. The walls did seem to be thin as you could always hear anytime people were talking in the hallway. Still would stay again though!
Cons. The kids running up and down the halls late at night. Yelling and very noisy. Parents should exercise more control.
Pros. Very good breakfast, location and service.
