Pros. Comfortable, nice and clean.
Cons. Long walk from the elevator to my room.
Pros. Rooms were nice, liked the layout. Grounds were nice, didn't use the outside pool area because of the weather but loved how it looked. The indoor pool was great however being a little too warm. Very convenient to everything.
Cons. Staff was friendly upon check in but after that was not as accommodating; we asked for towels for the pool (there was none in the "towel rack") never did bring any, we spilled some soda on the carpet and used a towel to get it up and was horrified at the black "stuff" that came up on the towel. Even after this, the good out wayed the bad and we will definitely stay here again.
Pros. Clean and convenient to everything. Was a great hotel for a great price! The staff was friendly and efficient. We will stay again for sure!
Pros. The indoor hot tub was great, indoor pool was okay. The breakfast was okay. The location was convenient.
Cons. The pillows were poor quality, the towels were rough and scratchy, bed was too firm. The blankets on the beds had stains, holes and burns on them. The check in staff were rude. Did not expect linens to be changed daily but one day the garbage was not picked up and the beds just had the covers thrown back up not straightened and made neat.
Pros. Comfortable bed. 5yr old loved the indoor pool. Good value
Cons. More options for breakfast, perhaps more fruit
Pros. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly.
Cons. Walls were a bit thin, we heard the couple enjoying each other in the next room.
Pros. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and the linens were in like new condition. Breakfast had plenty of selection and room to eat it there instead of taking it back to the room. The check in was quick and hassle free as well as check out. The charge was accurate and we felt like it was a good deal. The location was really good since we were right in the middle of Pigeon Forge. We got back late enough that we didn't try the outdoor pool, closes at 10 pm, it looked clean and the area was really nice. We went to the indoor pool, open 24 hrs, this pool was clean and was open all the way up to ceiling at the top of the building.
Cons. There wasn't any issues with our stay or room that would be considered a problem. Didn't care much for the shampoo but that is really a dig for a whine about our stay. There are two buildings so you are separated by the road in between. This again isn't an issue so much as knowing that it is there. The indoor pool is in the front building and the outdoor one is next to the back building. We at breakfast in the back building downstairs but I don't know if there is a breakfast location in the front building, I would say not. Again we didn't have any problems with out stay.
Pros. Awesome location right in the center of pigeon forge!
Pros. Great clean rooms quiet nice furnishings.
Cons. Breakfast was over at 9;30 missed it.
Pros. The staff was very pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous. Check in was quick and hassle free. The room was clean, with plenty of room and it smelled great when you first walked in.
