Interior of rooms redone. Beds and floor was nice. Bathroom wasn't good. Showerhead ran even when set to tub. No tub stopper. Showerhead and faucet were both loose. Fridge wasn't cold. Pool looked nice, but too cold to swim outside yet. Probably great in the summer.
Pros. I liked the location of the motel! We were right in the middle of everything fun to do with the kids.
Cons. The rooms had an odd smell and our room had a window that was cracked and I had small children that could have hurt themselves if that glass were to break. Also no one asked if we would like fresh linens or towels and we stayed there for four days.
Pros. Nothing ? Bad cleaning service bathroom sucks no shampoo no sop bedbugs in beds dirty bad sheets omg I hate it
Cons. Nothing as well
Pros. Bathroom had a weird smell toilet would not flush well. Toilet seat was broken. Bed was kinda lumpy. This is a Two star hotel. Maybe One star, but it is cheap
Pros. Best thing was location
Cons. A running tolit due to this is messed up my whole trip I even called for them to fix and they never sent anyone I don’t see how they can get away running a business like this.
Pros. The price
Cons. Continental breakfast was a huge joke! There was piles of trash and old furniture laying around outside.
Pros. Location wasn't bad, staff was nice
Cons. Carpet really dated, red stains on a clean wash rag, pipes and duct work in walls made a lot of noise,. Workers for the renovation started working about 7am on Sunday morning, with the noise couldn't sleep in
Cons. Our rooms was not ready by check-in time at 3pm. We was told to return at 4pm. At 6:30 we checked in and one of our rooms wasn't touched. With several attempts wet finally got the room serviced at 7:30pm. The fridge didn't work in 1 room or the microwave in another. I emailed the gm and didn't receive a response.
Pros. Pools great, staffs friendly, centrally located
Cons. The breakfast was OK, but the really ridiculous part was the housekeeping stocks the rooms with shopping carts on rough concrete… So at 8 o'clock in the morning now you hear shop in carts up and down the hallway I mean… Seriously? Does somebody really have to say this out loud? In the hospitality industry?
Pros. Location
Cons. They first said I didn't have a reservation even though I was showing him my print off. After he finally decided to give us a room, the room smelled like mold and the bathroom faucet know was on the side of the tub. Went to desk and got another room. This one wasn't much better. Room was extremely stinky. Bathroom didn't look clean. Towels and sheets were dingy and stained. Then my husband pulled back covers and there was a bug in the bed. And elevator has over an inch of standing water in it. Needless to say we left and stayed somewhere else.
