Pros:The Budget car rental staff and policy are the worst I have ever dealt with. Especially Kayak. HOW CAN YOU LET A DRIVER RESERVE A VEHICLE THAT YOU MUST BE 25 TO RESERVE AND THEN CANCEL FOR A FEE. WITH NO AGE VERIFICATION. Completely B.S

Pros:Nothing. Dumped Payless rental retrieval of rental car to Avis center where the lines were horrendous. Waited for more than an hour long to get a car instead of full size SUV for which I paid for. Most horrible rental car experience!

Cons:No one at front desk for 15-20 min when they opened. Hard to see signage at DTW. No one really there for dropoff outside too plus hard to see dropoff signage.

Cons:Car smelled HEAVILY of marijuana and cleaning solution. Extra long wait for shuttle on both ends of the journey.

Absolutely awful. They didn’t have anyone at the Payless so everyone had to be in one line at the Avis. Line was SO long and the staff was moving so slowly. I saw one staff member texting slowly while looking at all of us in the long line. Extremely hot in there, felt like no AC. We ended up walking out and choosing to Uber the hour drive to our hotel and waste the money because we had a wedding to get to. Truly one of the worst experiences ever. Do NOT use this company!!!!
