Pros. Loved the quiet nights/mornings in the room. It was a perfect spot for a nice weekend getaway.
Cons. Didn't plan on playing golf at Copperhead but my suggestion is call the resort and make sure the course is open. It was closed our entire trip either do to a week of rain the week before or maintenance. They do have 4 courses so it wasnt a big deal to me.
Pros. The grounds are beautiful & the staff is professional and accommodating, but . . .
Cons. No elevator - no house phone in my building - no luggage cart - no communication / orientation to the building you are staying in and what is available (I was never told there was a lobby in my building), etc. How do you expect guests to lug luggage up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator? I was a female traveling alone. I will not stay here again. Considering the omissions, he price should be half of what it is. My room charges were mis-billed. The staff at the steak house was snooty. The kitchen needs to get a clue on some things. Disappointing/ I am not sure how you scored to be a 5-star hotel. I will NOT be staying here again

Cons. Very disappointed with the room. No refrigerator or microwave. Royal Cup coffee was very good, but packages of powdered cream not good. Arrangement of room, lack of comfortable chairs to watch tv or read newspaper. Never could get room temperature comfortable, Seemed to be about 3 degrees difference in room temp and thermostat setting.
