Pros. Close to USJ restaurants, and train service. Room with view was fabulous.
Cons. Milk in the fridge or powder milk in fridge/ room
Pros. Close to USJ. The outside and lobby of the hotel. Restaurants were available in the hotel and nearby.
Cons. My city view room had a view of a hedge. There was this nasty stained chaise lounge thing in the room that served no purpose. The spot the chaise was in would be better served by putting a table and chairs in its place. Staff was unfriendly and not helpful.
Pros. Best hotel to stay at when visiting Universal Studios
Cons. The smoke coming from the smoking lounge gets into the elevators.
Pros. When you arrive at Universal City, you simply have exit the station and you are less than a minute from the hotel. Then to make it better, you are just across the from the park. Food, staff, and area were great. Bed a little hard, it is to be expected. Very easy to get to the aquarium and huge ferris wheel (only 10 mintues by ferry, which is across the street). Truly enjoyed the hotel and because of this, we were able to enjoy our time in Osaka.
Pros. The location can't be beat if Universal Studios is your destination. It is also right next to the Universal City train station. The lobby is grand and swanky - reminded me of the recent Great Gatsby film. You can buy your Universal Studios tickets and Express Passes at a desk in the lobby. We were not able to check in early, but they did hold our bags, and even delivered them to the room when we came back at check-in time.
Cons. The breakfast buffet is expensive; it is not included in the room price.
Pros. You couldn't get any closer to Universal Studios and the staff were so amazingly helpful they went above and beyond. Beautifully rooms, beautiful hotel, great food and a touch of luxury. Thank you.
