I rented AN AMERICAN CAR!!! When I got there, all they had was a CRAPPY Korean car ( 2 of them) and no AMERICAN car. You should be ashamed of being in AMERICA and not stocking American cars. Why buy foreign cars and help their economy. REALLY SUCKS!!!!!!!6.0 Okay

Cons:
I called Alamo twice to confirm that my SUV rental would be AWD as this was the sole reason for my rental to drive into snowy weather and both times was told I would have AWD with any SUV rental. However, at OAK airport I was told I am not guaranteed AWD and in additional OAK airport is the only Alamo location in the Bay Area that charges an additional fee for AWD. Eventually the agent did make an effort to help me get what we needed but the experience was unnecessarily disconcerting.7.6 Good

When we picked up our car, fortunately before we left the lot, we noticed that we had been given a car with an almost flat tire. Alamo quickly put us in another car, but it wasn't until after we left the lot that we realized we were given a car without a full tank of gas. This location doesn't seem to pay attention to details.10.0 Wonderful
