Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino is a massive, Vegas-style resort within walking distance of Niagara Falls State Park and Goat Island, and is the only hotel with a casino on the U.S. side of Niagara Falls. Guests, mostly couples, leisure tourists, and a few business travelers, can expect plenty of colors and patterns, bright lights, and noise while staying at the hotel.
The hotel is located on the American side of Niagara Falls, which means there aren’t many attractions as there are on the Canadian side. The Canadian side of town can be reached in 20-minutes by foot and offer many tourist attractions such as Journey Behind the Falls, Skylon Tower, the Niagara SkyWheel, and the Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. The Niagara Falls International Airport is a 15-minute drive from the hotel.
Accommodations at Seneca Niagara Resort are spacious and modern. Center Suites feature whirlpool tubs, separate living room, wet bars, Keurigs, and floor-to-ceiling windows across two walls. Fallside rooms often feature sweeping views of the skyline, river, and the Canada side. Standard room amenities include flat-screen TVs with HD channels, coffeemakers, vanity areas with magnifying mirrors, large walk-in showers, and free high-speed. Everyday conveniences like toiletries and hair dryers are also provided.
The casino is the biggest draw of the hotel with over 3,000 slot machines, 100 table games, 16 poker tables, and a keno lounge. Free drinks are also served to gamblers. In addition to the casino, multiple restaurants, an indoor pool, full-service spa, and conference facilities are available. Other on-site amenities include several gift shops and boutiques.
Travelers looking for fun and adventure can find it in both the U.S. and Canada at Hotels Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino.

The room was great, but service was terrible. When we checked in, almost 9 pm, we asked at the front desk where we could have dinner outside of the hotel, and they told us to google it. We spent there two nights, and they didn’t clean our room, so we had to sleep on an untidy bed the second night. Oh, and I would like to add that most of the staff at the front desk wasn’t even wearing a uniform. They were wearing sweatpants and hoodies. The barman was the best one there, and he made amazing margaritas. Kudos for the big guy!
I found one of the front desk workers to be very unfriendly. She was a blonde with slightly curly hair that was pulled back. She was very dismissive with my questions. The day of check out, our bus back to New York was delayed. I called to ask for a 1/2 hour -1 hour extension in the room and she promptly and proudly said “ NOPE we don’t allow that. You have to check out or you will be charged.” Even though there were only a few rooms being used on that floor during our stay. We felt very uncomfortable with our interaction with a small brunette at the shop near the front desk. She made a point to only tell me and my mom about the mask mandate that would be in effect the following day. There were plenty of guests in the shop not wearing a mask, that she did not feel the need to say this to. She proceeded to tell me AGAIN as I was purchasing my items. The majority of the staff at the casino and restaurants were lovely. But there were definitely staff members that did not care to hide their bias.
My stay was very good. The Cave if winds is an excellent place to go to see the Niagara Falls.
Cons. Cigarette smoke smell as soon as I enter the hotel lobby.King size room was pretty good!
Pros. Overall a really hotel hotel with lots to do and all the modern conveniences. Loved the room and the atmosphere, we will definitely be back.
Cons. A/C in room didn't work that well, we were a little hot sleeping.
Pros. Rooms were very nice, very close to the falls. Lobby bar had an awesome bartender who knew the area.
Cons. Smoking everywhere, this kept us in our room and out of the hotel. Which was fine but would have liked to enjoy the hotel a little more.
Pros. Great location and facility.
Cons. Valet told us to park our own car even though we were guests. Tried to get call customer service 3 times for assistance and no one answered the phone.
Pros. Loved the fact that we could run down as a family and grab a quick breakfast from Tim Horton's. Very convenient. Location was great and the hotel was very accommodating by placing our rooms on the same floor for all of the families along with us (baseball tournament).
Cons. Not a fan of the smoke, but they do a good job of venting it.
Pros. All of the staff were very friendly and accommodating! The facilities were clean and the hotel had a lot to offer.
Pros. I was pleasantly surprised with my recent stay at the Seneca Niagara Resort. I knew coming this was a Casino environment. I was surprised to find it was with out alot of the casino clichés. The hotel was very clean and comfortable there were numerous on location dining options, as well as 24 hour options for the inevitable late night snack. The staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the facilities and the local area. My room was clean, comfortable and very spacious. The decor did not feel dated but instead kept with the theme of the resort it self. A great stay from start to finish.
Cons. I can honestly say there was nothing I didn't like.
