Pros. Room was fine, basic comfortable beds.
Cons. Breakfast could have been better, it was basic continental waffles, cereal, toast etc...
Pros. Clean and quiet rooms. Decent continental breakfast. P,easant and helpful staff. Near Embarcadero.
Pros. We booked this room based on the price, the fact that it had AC, and the reviews of the hotel for cleanliness. The price was much more affordable for us and we were happy with our stay. We were able to easily walk to the strip of businesses on the waterfront with our 3 month old baby and the hotel room was pretty clean, which was awesome since we had a baby with us. The only thing that bothered me was the AC wasn't cooling the room. We tried everything but woke up to a very warm room in the middle of the night that really worried me having a sleeping baby with us. We just opened the windows after that to cool the room down and it seemed to help. More than anything, we seemed to be having a day of rude encounters at businesses on our travels, and getting a warm, welcoming, and friendly woman to greet us at the front desk was such a relief and so nice for us! We'll definitely be looking this hotel up for our next stay. They even left us a discounted price to stay another night if we wanted! Although we weren't able to with our baby having a tough trip, it was a nice offer to get!
Pros. Tempurpedic matress was nice. Room was clean, reasonably priced versus other hotels. Counter staff was very polite and helpful. Short walk to stores, restaurants and embarcadero.
Cons. Located under breakfast deck, could hear chairs being scraped thru ceiling (very noisy). Toilet made noise every time someone flushed, very small corner shower. Continental breakfast choices weren't that great.
Pros. Perfect balance; friendly and over beyond helpful, without being obtrusive, staff. Great location for walking around town and great selection to restaurants like; BBQ Restaurant right behind the hotel and 4 min. walk to Hungry Fisherman, delicious fish and chips. The hotel itself gives a relaxing and comfortable vibe. All the commoditys one could ask for.
