Pros. Poor for both. The door to my room was No closed and lock after cleaning in one of the days.
Pros. Nothing was good.
Cons. waited over 30 minutes to be checked in. My room was deffintely not what the pictures were. Far from four, the bathroom was like a closet. The shower was filled with mold. Was moved to another room far from the lobby so was given English breakfast yet i only recieved a continental breakfast and the food bar had hardly anything left. I left with only a croissant, yogurt and, and toast. The cost of the room was well over priced for what i recieved.
Cons. Poor service They didnt ehlp us with a new hotel. I had to look for a hotel in London at 8pm on a friday night. The manager was rude over the phone since he never actually showed up. THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM! STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE
Pros. Excellent location.
Cons. Incompetent manager and staff. No idea of how to run a hotel. Always responding to guest complaints about the condition of the rooms and the service. Workers seem lost without good leadership.
Cons. Turned up at 10pm, having previously advised them I would be late. Was advised no more double ensuite rooms available, so they had downgraded me to a single with no bathroom. The room was tiny and dirty. The mattress on the bed had partially collapsed on one side. The shared shower room down the corridor was also dirty. Won't be staying here again.
Pros. The location was great. Very near Victoria train station and everything else. Being a tourist this was a huge plus because it kept us from getting lost. Rooms were very clean I'd stay again definitely.
Cons. The only thing I didn't like was the gentleman that was the morning to afternoon front desk clerk. We were treated pretty differently than other guests by him. Other than that blip everything else was fine.
Pros. Location
Cons. Tiny room, cupboards from a skip and mini fridge precariously balanced on one of them. I wouldn't really mind if it hadn't been over £100! Absolutely tiny room, single bed converted to a double. Staff werent exactly thrilled to see us either.
