The place was fantastic and I would unreservedly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a central London location. The only slight hiccup was my room key was disabled even though I had paid for a late checkout. I had to go back to reception to get it reset. That was minor and the rest of my stay was excellent with helpful staff and a really most excellent product. Super comfortable bed.
