Cons. Lack of staff. They were going to give me code to Doors to let ourselves in over the telephone because we hadnt arrived by a certain time, and they were going to leave key in our allocated room and leave it unlocked. We actually got there before the gentleman who rang me left and he couldnt get away quick enough. There were no facilities to get any food or drink as the bar downstairs was only available for function. So we had to find another bar which was just around the corner. The Smell in room was horrendous. We complained the next mirning when we went down fir breakfast ( continental breakfast) in which they open a room for. Would not stay here if you are fussy or particular.
