Pros. The staff was really friendly and the location was very good sitatuated. Although we were a little bit loud during the evening sometimes, nobody complained. In my view, this hotel is ideal for a trip with friends to see London.
Cons. The shower on the otherside of our room was a little bit too small and not as clean as we expected. But this isn't a big thing.
Pros. I liked the easy access to the underground and it really wasn't even a far walk from the London Bridge, but again...wasn't what I expected...
Cons. I had booked a room with a double bed and a twin bed but the room we got had three twin beds. When I brought this up to the staff, there was nothing they could do because they were fully booked. I didn't appreciate that. The "private" bathroom was in the hallway with a sign on it asking other guests to not use that one. All in all, had I known all of this going in, I would've booked somewhere else.
