Pros. The atmosphere of this hotel is so romantic and luxury. Also there's a tube station right infront of the hotel so it is very convenient to travel. Breakfast is great and every staffs are friendly. It was a perfect experience for me and my boyfriend.
Pros. Location, opposite the Gloucester Road tube stop and a great Pub across the street. Easy walk to Kensington Park and some South Kensington restaurants, otherwise take the tube across the street. Staff was quite helpful when airlines lost our luggage for 30 hours.
