It’s in a good location, still in town but not really central. Good bus and tube links with a short walk for both. It’s great to have a kitchenette. I found the hotel to be quiet and breakfast was great with lots of selections. But breakfast was very busy, go early if you can, before 9 am. Had an issue with no hot water one morning and we were missing sheets and a comforter got the fold out bed. The bathroom is tiny, but you know it’s London so everything is tiny for an American. I would stay again though.
We arrived two hours after the start of check in at 3p. We had to wait 35 minutes for our room to be prepared. It was in a service corridor usually reserved for staff and located behind the restaurant. The tv had been removed from the wall mount, in house wi fi login information provided was incorrect. A tech was sent to install a tv and explain that the login information for the wi fi had been changed but that the Front Desk had not been informed. Our stay was for three nights. On the second night someone used a pass key to try to enter our room around 2am. We had the chain on. The front desk were informed and apologized for having given our room number to a staff security member to rest up for the night. This was the the fourth time of staying here the other times were fine nothing special but the location was good and the rooms comfortable. The place has gone downhill and we will be looking elsewhere for out next stay.
Pros. Apartment size
Cons. Room daily cleaning ned major improvement
Cons. It was filthy.
