close to the tube and bus stations, very easy to get around. The room is kind of small though.
I could hear everything from the other rooms and the one above. Noise and it was not construction noise. No water in room. No fridge. It was costlier than a lot of other hotels in that area but provided nothing but the bed and a passable breakfast. Not the best if you are used to some basic hotel comforts.
Pros. It was pricy at Christmas (and rightly so!). A great stay for a night, to be able to explore London. Only minutes away from Waterloo Station, which is a great plus
Pros. The staff was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to restaurants and the underground. Good variety of foods at the free breakfast and the food was very good. Always felt safe and the hotel was very clean. Would recommend staying here.

Cons. Lifts
Pros. Included breakfast was good. About 15 min walk to the north side of London
Pros. Great breakfast! Clean and comfortable rooms
Pros. Profesional staff and Good value for money, good location
