Pros. The location was the only positive attribute of the hotel.
Cons. I didn't like the fact that the room I was given, bed was unmade. I didn't like the fact that the second room I was given was near the end of the 5th floor with a foul odor. I didn't like the fact that there was a loud noise sounding as if coming from the pipes, so much so that one of the staff nocked on my door to ask if the noise was emanating from my room (he even came in the room and turned on the tap in the sink). I didn't like the fact that this loud noise sounded off and on throughout the night. I didn't like the fact that when I was about going to the lobby after the sleepless night to complain and carry my heavy luggage..... The lifts were all out of service!!!!(remember 5th floor) I didn't like the fact that when all was said and done the staff, including the duty mgr, said they could only offer me a beverage or breakfast. The most disheartening thing was that they said that there was no one who I could call and or talk to until the General manager returned to work on Monday (this was on Friday morning)!!! However they did give me an email address to send a message to. The end!
