Pros. Great location near Victoria Station.
Cons. We got a room in an annex area across the street from the main building. It was very small and would likely deserve different ratings than the rooms in the main house. A bit of a bait and switch. Certainly did not look like the rooms advertised on their website.
Pros. Wonderful stay, lovely unique rooms, great location was very close to everything but in a slightly quieter residential location, very clean, friendly and helpful staff, couldn't have been happier
Cons. Room didn't have a shower, only bathtub, but that was fine for me. If I was travelling with my tall husband we would need to make sure we got a room with a shower. Floor level doors could have been marked. It is very hard trying to find something negative about it!
