Spotlessly clean, decent sized room for Central London. Service impeccable. Would have liked to have been able to turn the heating up!!

Cons. Only one elevator was working and it took a long time to access. The location did not seem willing to allow the use of the stairs.

Pros. Location was great. Right down the block from St Pauls, walk in one direction and there is the Tower Bridge, other way has the rest of the sights. Staff was incredible. We brought an infant, crib was set up and free. Forgot a power cord and they provided one. Room was a hotel room. Paid for the bigger room with kitchenette, not very exciting. Restaurant attached to hotel was great (dinner; did not have any other meals there). Very easy to get to from the airport (Gatwick). Link stop is across the street.
