Pros. Great place! Excellent location, about 5 mins walk to the Vauxhall bus station and subway station. We were told we could walk to all of London’s sightseeing but with having the privilege of being so close to the bus station, we bought the 5 pound all day bus ticket which allowed us to use all buses all day in all directions. Great staff, very friendly, approachable, kind, and helpful. They always helped us with directions or with recommendations on where to eat or buy something. Breakfast was delicious, specially the fruit salad!!! Was enough to keep us until late lunch! We loved having breakfast in the cute dinning room and getting to meet other guests. Our room was always cleaned after we left. The towels and bed smelled sooo clean!
Cons. Room was smaller than we thought and in a shared house with others, but we had our own bathroom. It felt a little uncomfortable and that we didn’t have enough privacy. We were placed in a room in the basement which made our room even hotter. We were lucky that the weather was colder than expected outside so our room didn’t need any AC, which we didn’t have anyway. We occasionally used the fan to circulate the air in the room. The space in the room was so tight that we couldn’t open both of our luggage at the same time. Regardless, we loved our stay and would recommend this place for anyone that doesn’t mind the shared place with others.
