The cocktails in the bar are excellent. Breakfast is generally very good, but be careful around timing, as it c an get very busy
Breakfast is good, easy to get everywhere from there.
Pros. Location-Good breakfast-clean
Cons. The hotel was under major renovation which Hilton did not warn us about. While the hotel room was slightly larger than our queen bed, the only window was covered up with a plastic vinyl so you could not look out. When I removed the vinyl, there was a tarp hanging in front of all the windows along with scaffolding. The work was done during the day...loud. When I asked for a room on the other side of the building, they told me those rooms were very loud and sleeping would be difficult. I paid for 3 nights and used my points for one night. What a huge disappointment. They only comped us one breakfast. I felt like we were in a closet with no windows. On a positive note, the folks working the desk were at least friendly, but keeping a happy customer was somewhat lacking.
Pros. I will not book a room in this hotel again because, having paid 200 pounds per night: - It took me half an hour to have a mediocre shower since the fresh water hardly run through the pipes (despite the washroom being recently refurbished). - The room was very noisy (street cars and doors slapping all night). - The complimentary breakfast (I paid for) was ridiculous. No salty/warm food, only some fresh fruit (which was good) and industrial pastries (along with the standard drinks, of course). R. Arranz (14/11/14)
