Our room was not very well cleaned. Hair on the floor of the bathroom that was not ours, hair on beds and in the shower. We called to get extra towels and pillows and never did get any. The light between the beds didn’t work. The switch was broken off completely. Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee station in the lobby was not well stocked or clean. The employees did not seem too friendly. Location was great but would not stay here again.
Pros. This hotel is very close to the airport & even had the shuttle pick my family and I @ 1200am. The customer service was impeccable & the room was what was advertised. Overall excellent
Pros. The staff was excellent--the most effective and pleasant that I've experienced in a long time. From the shuttle drivers to the front desk, they were anexcellent team.
