The workers are ridiculously impolite (outside of one - she was fantastic and understood that the policies applied didn’t make any sense). This is the second stay I’ve had here that was absolutely horrible from a customer experience standpoint. I’d strongly recommend anyone to avoid this hotel whether it means spending more money to stay somewhere else or stay somewhere of equal price that is “not as nice” which would mean maybe you don’t get dirty dishes in a kitchen but you actually have more than one employee that is concerned with the customer and doesn’t pass the blame off to a “3rd Party” vendor. At the end of the day this establishment looks for ways to pass of blame around things that are not communicated. I love the Aria and I absolutely will never stay at the Vdara again. Horrific customer service. There were two other people complaining about the same thing as me at the same time at the front desk.
