Accommodations include plenty of quiet rooms with fantastic views overlooking the bubbling brook and trees of the Mystic Falls Indoor Park or the glittering city lights and majestic mountains surrounding the Las Vegas Valley. The spacious deluxe rooms are available with one king or two queen beds. Every room offers attractive décor and furnishings along with standard amenities. Didn’t like the hidden cost .- terrible system. The receptionist was terrible/ poor service / poor presentation
Liked the bed, pillows, restaurants, movie theater, and bowling alley. Could improve on accessibility for handicap coming off elevator near McDonald’s
Pros. So much to do there too entertain everyone
Cons. More pillows on bed. Only 2 on King
Pros. Employees that we dealt with were grea
Cons. Signage to front desk from parking structure of very helpful
Pros. To our surprise, it was much nicer than what we expected and it's charm and atmosphere was more enjoyable than the main strip. Could have been better lite and a little more updated but overall a nice change. Too many bartenders behind the bar and not enough waitresses on the floor or attendants to service issues to the equipment. Too much time wasted waiting for printer issues or even being waited on at either the slots or table games.
Pros. It was exactly what was expected. Very comfortable for a family to stay.
Cons. Can't pin point any downsides to stay here. Will totally recommend to family and friends.
Pros. Sam's Town is a well maintained casino with friendly atmosphere that doesn't overwhelm you like other casinos. A great value with nice rooms.
Pros. Stay was very nice.Front desk very helpful.
Cons. No issues !
Pros. We really enjoyed it's quiet atmosphere. It's not like the crazy hotel casinos on the Vegas strip. Staff was very nice and helpful. The price for food including buffet (when using players card) was great and a lot less then on the strip also. The price to stay was great too. Beautiful Atrium with nice water fall light show. We would stay again.
Cons. There were only a few flaws which is to be expected anywhere you stay. The bathroom shower in room worked a bit weird when turning it in, but hey it worked. The curtain on one side didn't open (broken), but just tied that back. The servers in casino didn't seem to come around a lot, but that happen at other places we went too. So these weren't huge problems as it all worked out. Nice place.
Pros. This is an excellent hotel in Vegas. It is not located on strip, but is not very far from it. Considering the rates of the hotels located on the strip and the service they offer, I think this one offers on par facilities. Of course, you may not get a super luxurious experience here, but you would be pretty happy with overall service provided. To sum up the things, this hotel is about luxurious experience at affordable expenses (compromised by the budget). Excellent value for money!
