They are scam artist behind the counter at LFT. They literally had the audacity to try to charge me for a broken windshield that I did not break. They have no cameras around the rental car area yet claimed it was my fault. Absolute trash employees and trash company, I will never rent from hertz ever again.Avis

Cons:
I reserved a convertible because we needed a parade car for my daughter. They confirmed the car in advance, but once I got there, NO CONVERTIBLE. The person working the counter was not the friendliest and acted as if it was not their problem. Very Disappointed with the whole experience.Good to know
